Eslam Hafez is a Microsoft Dynamics Senior CRM Business Consultant at malomatia since July 2017, with extensive experience in gathering client requirements, preparing documentation, conducting business process analysis, and hands-on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Previously, Eslam worked as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Consultant at Right Group from May 2015 to June 2017, focusing on client needs and application customization, along with providing training and post-implementation support. Earlier experiences include a summer internship as a Retail Sales Representative at Vodafone and as an Accountant intern at Qaron Petroleum Company. Eslam co-founded the Fou2o Awareness Initiative and served as the Head of the Public Relations Committee for the Model of American Congress. Eslam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University, completed in 2013.
