Kelly Marie Malloy is a Registered Patent Attorney and Intellectual Property and Franchise Associate at Malloy & Malloy, P.L., with extensive experience in patent, trademark, copyright, franchise, and intellectual property litigation matters. Malloy's previous roles include Registered Patent Agent and Law Clerk, where responsibilities involved preparing patent applications and performing trademark searches. As Editor for the University of Miami Law Review, Malloy contributed to the publication of legal articles. In leadership positions at the University of Miami School of Law, Malloy served as Student Body President, representing approximately 1,200 students, and as Executive Board Secretary of the Student Bar Association, facilitating communications between students and the administration. Prior experience includes internships in project management and engineering, and a legal education culminating in a Juris Doctor degree, earned magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
