James O'Neill is an experienced professional in the field of aerospace and defense, currently serving as Assistant CTO at Malloy Aeronautics Ltd. since April 2024. Prior to this role, James held various positions at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence from October 2020 to April 2024, including Technical Authority for Small Uncrewed Systems and PHASA-35 Payload, and as Technical Lead for Small Uncrewed Systems.
