Nurliza A Ismail has an extensive career at Maybank, serving in roles focused on compensation strategy and employee rewards. Since 2009, Nurliza has held the position of Head, Rewards I, where responsibilities include designing and reviewing competitive compensation and reward programs that align with business and talent management strategies for effective employee attraction and retention. Previously, Nurliza served as Head, Rewards I and Sr Analyst at Maybank from 2000 to 2008.
