Marisa Cajipo is a seasoned professional in the banking industry, currently serving as the Service Head at Maybank since February 2020. Prior to this, Marisa held the position of Branch Operations Officer at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company from March 2002 to September 2017, gaining extensive experience in customer service, people management, and cross-selling, as well as skills in ATM loading and approval processes.
