Lucia Crevani is a Professor in Business Administration specializing in Organization and Leadership at Mälardalen University since August 2013, where Lucia also serves as Director of Research for Industrial Economics and Organization. With a robust background in research and teaching, Lucia's work encompasses themes such as entrepreneurship, leadership, diversity, and management. Prior to this role, Lucia was a PhD researcher at Stiftelse IMIT focusing on gender, ethnicity, and class, and conducted research and teaching at KTH, where Lucia also completed a PhD. Lucia began their professional career as a Business Developer at SSAB and holds a Master of Science in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
