Jolanda Olinga has extensive experience in operational support and management, having worked at Makro Nederland since April 2010 in various roles including Operational Support Specialist, Floormanager, and Department Manager for Customerservice and Checkout. Additionally, Jolanda held the position of Manager HR Service Center (a.i.) and was a Department Manager at Makro Cash and Carry NL from 2010 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an atheneum degree from Het Hogeland College (1993-2000), further studies at Hanze, and a degree from the University of Groningen (2000-2002). Jolanda also completed advanced training in Lean methodologies as a Greenbelt and has qualifications as a Scrum Master.
