Jeff Schlutz has diverse work experience in various roles. Jeff started as a Digital Intern at I-5 Publishing LLC in 2013, where they conducted monthly reporting on websites, managed social media marketing, and achieved a 15% increase in web traffic for one of the company's websites. In 2014, they worked as an HRIS Intern at WD, a Western Digital company, where they responded to HR system support requests, utilized SQL for data analytics, and managed HR reports. Jeff also served as the President of CSULB Information Systems Student Association during this time. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Analyst Market Research II at the Automobile Club of Southern California, where they gathered requirements, executed marketing campaigns, built reports, and collaborated with business owners to develop data-driven solutions. Since 2018, they have been working at Makita U.S.A., Inc., initially as a Sales Operations Analyst and presently as a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst.
Jeff Schlutz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from California State University, Long Beach, from the year 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, Data Manipulation with pandas, Intermediate Python, and Introduction to Data Science in Python from DataCamp in October 2020 and September 2020 respectively. Jeff has also obtained certifications from Microsoft, such as Exam 778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI, Exam 779: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Excel, and MCSA: BI Reporting - Certified 2020, all in April 2020. Furthermore, they have completed the CRM Boot Camp for Dynamics 365 from PowerObjects, An HCL Technologies Company in June 2018.
