Elizabeth Palmer serves as the Inclusion Focus Programme Manager at Making Music, where responsibility includes managing the INCLUDE programme aimed at enhancing inclusivity within leisure-time music groups. Previous experience includes serving as Growth and Development Officer (North) at The Scouts, supporting local volunteers in growth projects, and holding the position of Development Team Assistant, where planning and delivery of sessions for young people were key duties. Elizabeth has also worked as Communications Officer for the Geraldine Connor Foundation, focusing on marketing for youth projects, and as an intern at the University of Leeds' School of Music handling admissions promotion. Additional roles include Publicity Officer for Leeds University Union Music Society and Waitress at The Hunting Lodge. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from the University of Leeds and studied at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Castilla y León.
