Zoltan Debre is currently the Director of Engineering at MakeShift, an online employee scheduling app that focuses on a 'people-first approach'. With extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, Zoltan has previously held positions such as Principal Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer in various companies including WorkTango Inc., Westpac, and ANZ. In addition to their work in the tech industry, Zoltan has also been involved in research and mentoring roles at Victoria University of Wellington. Zoltan holds a Master of Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington and has a strong educational background in Economics and Computer Software Engineering.
