Mahmoud Refat is a Software Quality Engineer with extensive experience across multiple technology companies. Currently, Mahmoud is employed at Amazon and Makeen Custom Software Development & Technology Services, both since late 2021. Prior roles include Quality Control Engineer positions at CONNECT Professional Services and Akelni, as well as a Test Automation Engineer role at Incorta, where Mahmoud focused on implementing automated test cases. Additional experience includes technical support at Armed Forces Central Laboratories and participation in an automation testing workshop at ITWORX. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Information Sciences from Helwan University Cairo, obtained in 2017.
