Edward Sura is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Major Food Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Edward held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Uchi Japanese Restaurant from December 2020 to September 2024 and at Uchiko from January 2018 to December 2020. Edward's career also includes serving as Executive Chef at Park Hyatt between June 2016 and September 2017, and as Chef De Cuisine at Perennial Virant from April 2011 to June 2016. Edward began in the culinary field as a tournant at Graham Elliot from February 2010 to April 2012. Edward holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Northwestern Michigan College, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
