Rahman Arif is a professional with significant experience in sales process improvement and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Sales Process Excellence Jr. Manager at majoo Indonesia since December 2022, Rahman focuses on optimizing CRM systems for the sales team and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Rahman spent over five years at OLX Group as a Sales Process & Quality Assurance Officer, where responsibilities also included ensuring the delivery of business commitments through process improvements. Previous experience includes an internship as a Community Organizer at Yayasan Kusuma Buana, where outreach activities were conducted in high-risk areas for HIV/AIDS, and as Administration Staff at PT. Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS7), managing invoice validation. Rahman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Management from Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Jakarta, completed in 2017.
