Martin Allard is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, project management, and professional services. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Constellation Software Inc., Martin began as an entry-level software engineer at MAJIQ, contributing significantly to the development of specialized applications for the pulp and paper industry. Martin has held various leadership roles, including Product Manager for SharePoint & Teams at Perseus Operating Group, where Agile methodologies were successfully introduced, and Manager of the Project Management Office, launching a multimillion-dollar PMO. As Interim Director of Project Operations at POMS Corporation, Martin managed a globally distributed team to deliver substantial MES projects. Previous experience includes a tenure at the Port of Seattle as a Project Manager and a progression through multiple roles at MAJIQ, showcasing a robust background in both technical and managerial capacities.
