Rahul Bhandari is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management and business transformation across the retail sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Majid Al Futtaim since September 2006, Rahul has successfully built the Business Transformation Department, leading initiatives that significantly enhanced sales and profitability. Notably, Rahul played a key role in the acquisition of Retail Arabia, demonstrating expertise in stakeholder negotiations and financial integrations. Prior to Majid Al Futtaim, Rahul served as a Manager Audit at KPMG Lower Gulf, managing a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Rahul holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com Honours degree in Accounting from Jai Narain Vyas University.
