Richard Kim has worked in a variety of roles in the past six years. In 2019, they were a Senior Manager at Maison MRKT. Prior to that, they worked at PwC from 2015 to 2014, where they held the role of Advisory Senior Associate and Advisory Intern respectively. In 2013, they were a Corporate Finance Intern at KPMG and a Marketing Intern at the Environmental Law Institute.

Richard Kim attended Seoul Foreign High School from 2007 to 2011. Richard then attended Georgetown University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing. In 2013, they participated in a study abroad program at Trinity College in the University of Oxford, focusing on International Business and Strategic Management. In addition, Richard Kim has obtained various certifications, including a Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
