Jim Andre Guillena is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in baking and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Sous Chef and Baker at Maison Kayser USA since March 2016, Jim has a proven track record in ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Prior experience includes working as a Baker at BREADTALK PHILIPPINES INC. from May 2014 to February 2016, where responsibilities involved baking, shaping, and finishing breads, as well as ensuring product availability for customers. Earlier roles include serving as a Cook at Hyksos Tulahan, focusing on kitchen cleanliness, food preparation, and recipe development. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Carlos Hilado Memorial State College, completed in 2014.
