Marcus Jacob has a diverse work experience ranging from strategic growth consulting to sales and coaching roles. Marcus currently holds the position of VP of Sales at MAINWAY Metalworks. Prior to this, they worked as a Mentor & Coach at OneEleven 111 and The Forge McMaster. Additionally, they served as a Strategic Growth Consultant at Jacob-Prowse. Marcus also has experience as a Director of Growth at Gotcare. Before that, they worked at Prolucid Technologies as an Account Manager and Systems Integrator, where they were responsible for designing and implementing sales processes and software integration solutions. Marcus also worked as a Research Associate in Robotics at Xerox and as a Fund Manager/Speaker in the Technology and Telecommunications sector at MAC Investment Club. Furthermore, Marcus has experience as a Building Systems Operator at Patheon.

Marcus Jacob attended McMaster University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. In 2019, they also obtained the certification of P. Eng from the Professional Engineers Ontario institution.
