Cindy Monaco possesses extensive experience in clinical development and management within the medical device sector. Currently, Cindy serves as the Manager of Clinical Development and Manager of Field Clinical Engineering at Mainstay Medical since May 2021. Previously, Cindy co-owned Maid Brigade and held key roles in various organizations, including Cardiva Medical as National Training Manager and MVP Specialist, and Innovative Therapies as Owner and Clinical Project Director. With a strong background in clinical engineering and therapy development at Spinal Modulation/St. Jude Medical and Boston Scientific, Cindy has successfully led research initiatives, developed training programs, and managed significant sales performance across multiple regions. With a nursing background from UNK and Bryan Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Cindy's career reflects a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and advancing medical technology.
