Wissam Balshe is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Channel Partnerships at Mainspring Energy since August 2023, Wissam is responsible for developing and managing sales and service channels, strategic alliances, and structuring Energy as a Service agreements. Prior to this role, Wissam accumulated significant experience at Cummins Inc. over a span of 16 years, holding various positions including Managing Director of Energy Management Solutions, where the focus was on developing integrated systems solutions, and Director of the Systems & Controls Segment, overseeing operations and product management.
