Michael Odikanwa is a skilled Cloud Infrastructure & Data Protection Engineer at MainOne since April 2021, providing 2nd level support for hybrid and private cloud customers. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and communications regarding software deployment, upgrades, system setups, and disaster recovery planning. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Technical Support Specialist focusing on Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions and as a Technical Support Intern performing Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support. Michael's experience also includes an Engineering Internship at Modern Communications Limited, where responsibilities involved monitoring and troubleshooting TV signal transmission. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and completed a Full Stack Developer program at Udacity.
