Mark Webster has a diverse work background in the field of information technology. Mark began their career as an Operations Supervisor at Food Lion from 1988 to 1990. Mark then transitioned to become an IT Manager at GVA Lat Purser & Associates, Inc. from 1990 to 1993, where they were responsible for programming, supervising, and controlling the operational budget.

From 1993 to 2009, Mark worked at Croscill as a Senior iSeries System Administrator, L3 Technical Analyst, and Senior DBA. In this role, they managed server stability, coordinated high severity issues, and provided technical support for iSeries servers. Mark also played a key role in disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Mark's experience extended to involvement with Coats in 2010 as a Consultant, where they troubleshooted backup procedures, configured and migrated data, and provided end-user support for iSeries.

Following that, Mark served as a Consultant - AS400/iSeries System Engineer at Bank of America from 2009 to 2013, where they contributed to system engineering and consulting initiatives. Mark then took on a position as an Information Technology Consultant at Wake County Government & Sheriff Department from 2021 to 2022, providing technical support and evaluating system performance for iSeries.

Currently, Mark is working at FIS as a Senior System Engineer, focusing on technical support, guidance, and planning for operations departments and end users. Mark is skilled in solving inefficiencies and has expertise with the iSeries LPAR.
