Bethany Duemmling, MSW, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant at MaineHealth, where expertise is provided on a wide range of human resources activities, including organizational development and engagement initiatives. Previously, Bethany worked at DMM, Inc. as VP of People and Culture and Human Resources Director, focusing on data-driven marketing technology services. Experience at Sweetser involved roles ranging from Human Resources Manager to Business Partner, impacting large-scale employee relations and recruitment strategies in a nonprofit setting. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Director at Sebago Brewing Company, HR Generalist at Systems Engineering, and Mediator at The Opportunity Alliance.
