Anne E. Sedlack

Director Of Advocacy at Maine Medical Association

Anne E. Sedlack currently serves as the Director of Advocacy for the Maine Medical Association, where responsibilities include supporting Maine physicians and promoting public health through advocacy at state and federal levels. Previous experience includes functioning as an Associate Attorney at Preti Flaherty, where services were provided in government relations, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, handling legal research and opinion drafting. Additional roles include Fellow at the Maine Center for Juvenile Policy and Law, Student Attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, and Guardian Ad Litem for Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, among various internships focused on juvenile justice and community support. Education includes a Doctor of Law from the University of Maine School of Law, a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Southern Maine, and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Fine Arts from the University of Vermont.
