Melisa Curtiss is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and onboarding. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter at Maine Drilling & Blasting since March 2022, Melisa has previously worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Vesta Corporation and held roles in human resources coordination at Home Instead Senior Care and Behavioral Health Consulting Services. Melisa's expertise encompasses recruitment processes, policy development, and employee training. Additionally, Melisa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
