Gloria supports the York County Committee, works with donors and nonprofits, manages several competitive grant programs -- Equity Fund, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Fund, Peaks Island Fund -- and facilitates MaineCF's racial equity strategic goal. She is bi-cultural and bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
