Carolyn Cavanough serves as the Head of People & Culture at Mainbrace Constructions Pty Ltd since January 2020, providing strategic and operational leadership in human resources. Prior to this role, Carolyn was the Executive Manager of People, Process & Performance at Empire Facades from October 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included planning and delivering on organizational strategy to enhance business performance. Carolyn's previous experience includes various managerial roles at Maximus International from October 2004 to September 2012, and as a Business Operations Manager at Imprint Global. Educational qualifications include a Health Coach degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from the Australian Institute of Management, and an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Sport Management from the University of Windsor.
