Jeanna Paden has a diverse work experience in the fields of content management and marketing. In 2014, they interned at Friends of Orphans Uganda, where they worked in public relations and fundraising. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Marketing, Editorial, and Distribution Assistant at BelleBooks, Inc. In 2016, they also served as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Memphis.

Starting in 2017, Jeanna worked as an Assistant Media Director at St. Luke's UMC Challengers until 2019. Jeanna then joined Paladin Digital Marketing, where they held the position of Content Manager and Social Media Team Lead. During their time there, they developed engaging content strategies and analyzed social media analytics for over 20 clients.

In 2020, Jeanna became a Content Manager and Social Media Team Lead at Main Event Digital. Jeanna designed high-converting landing pages and email campaigns, resulting in increased brand engagement and newsletter opt-ins. In 2021, they founded Antipoetry Magazine as the Founding Editor.

In 2022, Jeanna worked as a Content Marketing Manager at Animalz, managing multiple accounts within B2B SaaS companies. Jeanna collaborated with the design team to create brand guidelines and conducted user research to craft engaging content.

Currently, Jeanna is employed as a Content Manager at Main Event Digital, where they oversee content creation and provides marketing support to clients. Their responsibilities include advising on content strategies and developing SEO-optimized blog posts and social media content. Jeanna has worked with businesses across various industries, including SaaS, finance, health, FinTech, and marketing.

Jeanna Paden began their education at Dyersburg State Community College in 2011, where they earned credits towards an Associate of Arts in English. Jeanna then transferred to The University of Memphis in 2013 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing in 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing at The University of Memphis from 2016 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Jeanna Paden has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the "Social Media Marketing: ROI" certification from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained certifications in "Blogging for Your Business," "Learning to Write Marketing Copy," "Creating Marketing Objectives," and "Learning Personal Branding," all of which were obtained from LinkedIn. Lastly, in 2020, they achieved the "Inbound Marketing Certified" certification from HubSpot.
