Khadeja Kausar serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and Value Based Management Analytics at Maimonides Medical Center since December 2020. Prior to this role, Khadeja held various positions at Northwell Health, including Director of Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement, and Manager of Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement, from September 2013 to December 2020. Khadeja also has experience as a Project Manager/Analyst at MagnaCare and as a Project Analyst at Rasan Tourism. Earlier career stages include work as a Researcher at the U.S Department of Energy and the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an internship at the Central Institute of Tool Design in India. Khadeja holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
