James Tetler is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in developing and managing engineering teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Mailgun by Sinch since March 2021, James previously held multiple director-level positions there. Prior to this, James contributed to Blackbaud as a Software Engineering Manager, where efforts focused on delivering effective fundraising and marketing solutions for non-profits. James also served as the CTO at MassageBook, overseeing software development and operations. Earlier roles included positions at PhishLabs, Blackbaud, and Boston Technologies, beginning with web development roles at Tufts University and the MIT Media Lab. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership from Tufts University and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy.
