Andy Johnson, NPQH, NPQEL, FCCT, currently serves as the Director of Education for Maiden Erlegh Trust, focusing on the strategic development of education across its schools since January 2020. In addition to this role, Andy holds the position of Executive Headteacher at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading and participated as Principal-designate for the establishment of the new River Academy. Andy's extensive experience includes serving as a Fellow for the Chartered College of Teaching, an Additional Inspector for Ofsted, and prior leadership roles in various educational capacities, including Headteacher and Specialist Leader of Education.
