Vinay Nakhate is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as HR Manager at Mahyco since January 2022, Vinay previously held the position of Assistant Manager-HR at the same company for two decades, from January 1998 to December 2018. Earlier in the career, Vinay gained experience at Alfa Computers in Jalna from January 1992 to July 1994. Academic qualifications include a B.Com, DCP, and an MBA in Human Resources from J.E.S College in Jalna.
