Foram Sejpal has a diverse work experience in human resources and compensation & benefits. Foram started their career at Aditya Birla Minacs in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Executive until 2010. Foram then joined Syntel as a Business Partner HR - Deputy Manager, and later became Manager - Global Compensation & Benefits. In 2015, they joined Sterling Talent Solutions as a Senior Manager HR, responsible for C&B, HR Operations, and Compliance. After that, Foram worked at eClerx as APGM for Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head - Compensation & Benefits at Mahindra Logistics, starting in 2020.

Foram Sejpal completed a PGDBA in HR & Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2007 and 2010. Foram also holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai. In addition, Foram Sejpal obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree from the University of Mumbai.
