Abhimanyu Sen is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in driving HR strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Mahindra Group and Mahindra Home Finance, Abhimanyu has a track record of managing HR functions for a workforce of approximately 10,000 employees. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources for Electric Vehicle Technology at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, CHRO for Mahindra Ford Automotive Pvt. Ltd., and multiple HR leadership positions at GE, Kotak Life Insurance, EY, and ICICI Bank. Abhimanyu holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed a Global Program in Management Development at the University of Michigan.
