Shanmugasundaram Jayaraman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the automotive and electric vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Platform Engineering Head at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, focusing on Passenger Cars Underbody Aggregates since August 2024, Shanmugasundaram previously held the position of AGM at Switch Mobility, overseeing EV Bus Integration and Architecture. Earlier roles include Divisional Manager for Driveline Product Development at Ashok Leyland and Senior Manager at Nissan Ashok Leyland Technologies Limited, where expertise was gained in driveline aggregate design and development.
