Ratna Joshi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources across various sectors, particularly in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior General Manager - Human Resources at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited since July 2024, Ratna oversees HR functions for Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing in the Auto Division and Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd. Prior to this role, Ratna was the Head HR for Commercial at Tata Motors, managing HR for both Passenger and Electric Vehicle divisions, and previously held leadership positions at Cipla, focusing on Talent Management, and in various HR capacities at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where significant contributions included driving strategic capability building and managing talent development initiatives.
