Jayant Talele is an experienced professional in project management and product development within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager - ICE CDMM at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited since August 2024, Jayant previously held the position of Manager CDMM at the same company from November 2015 to August 2024. Prior experience includes roles in technical development at BASF India and as Sr. Technical Officer at Kansai Nerolac Paints. Jayant's expertise encompasses executing product re-engineering, managing the entire product development life cycle, and utilizing six sigma methodology for process enhancement. Educational qualifications include a Green Belt in Six Sigma, an International MBA in Operations, and an M.Sc. in Chemistry.
