Hemant Prabhune has extensive experience in the automotive and agricultural sectors, holding key leadership roles in research and development and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development for the two-wheeler division at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Hemant has previously held significant positions such as Head of Engineering for Commercial Vehicles at Piaggio Group and General Manager at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Additionally, Hemant has contributed to Mahindra 2 Wheelers Ltd. as General Manager of Research & Development and served as Assistant General Manager at Tata Motors.
