Aniruddha Rajurkar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Production Engineer at TAPARIA TOOLS LTD. In 2008, they became a Project Manager at Reliable Automobiles Private Limited. Following that, in 2009, they joined Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. as a Project Planning Engineer. Rajurkar then transitioned to Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] in 2010, where they held the roles of Quality Assurance Manager and currently serves as the Supplier Quality Assurance Plant Lead.

Aniruddha Rajurkar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, studying from 2003 to 2007.
