Matt Suttles serves as the Prior Authorization Lead at Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) since January 2023, leading a team focused on prior authorization processes. Previously, Matt Suttles held the position of Behavioral Health Prior Authorization Specialist, coordinating with service staff and educators to secure service funding. Prior to MAHEC, Matt Suttles was the Program Manager for the Community Access Program at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC from October 2013 to January 2023. Matt Suttles earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Western Carolina University, having attended from 1998 to 2002, after initially studying at Catawba College from 1995 to 1998.
