Larry Rutkowski is a Senior Counsel at Seward & Kissel LLP, specializing in corporate finance law and banking. They have extensive experience in the legal field, having served as a Partner at Hill Betts & Nash LLP and held positions at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Since 2017, Larry has also been an Adjunct Professor at the Charleston School of Law. In addition to their legal work, Larry serves on several boards, including New Jersey Symphony and Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center. They earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
