Lilli Parbo is a legal professional with experience in business law, contract law, and M&A transactions. Currently serving as a Specialist Associate at Magnusson since November 2018, Lilli leads various domestic and international acquisition projects weekly. Prior roles include Associate, focusing on business law and cross-border M&A, and Legal Trainee positions at Visma and Astrea Attorneys at Law Ltd, alongside a Research Assistant role at the University of Turku, concentrating on thesis work related to autonomous ships. Lilli holds a Master of Laws from the University of Turku and has completed exchange studies at the University of Surrey, along with minor studies in business competence.
