Nathan Smith is a highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeon currently practicing at Magnolia Regional Health Center since May 2021. Smith completed a cardiothoracic fellowship at Albany Medical Center from July 2018 to July 2020 and has extensive training in surgical critical care, having served as a fellow at Orlando Regional Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018. Prior to these roles, Smith undertook a comprehensive surgical residency at Kendall Regional Medical Center from July 2014 to June 2017, as well as additional surgical residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Greenville Health System. Smith earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wake Forest University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-med from Bob Jones University in 2008.
