Zach Brooks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Magnolia Capital since October 2017, Zach has progressed through various roles including Director of Capital Projects and Maintenance and Capital Project Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at SMS Assist, L.L.C. focusing on regional project management, and Area Manager at Laramar Group overseeing a portfolio of mixed-use buildings in the Chicagoland area. Earlier career positions include Assistant Property Manager at the University of Chicago and Property Manager at Copper Realty, LLC. Zach holds an MBA in Real Estate Investment and Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
