Regis Lauprete has a vast work experience spanning multiple industries. Regis founded MAGNITUDE in 2018, where they specialized in sales support and developed human and digital solutions to enhance the consumer experience. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director at Agence TechSell from 2011 to 2017. Regis also worked as the Sales Director Denim & Supply France/Benelux at Ralph Lauren in 2010 and as the Country Manager at G-Star Footwear from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they held positions such as France Sales Manager Footwear & Bags at Diesel from 2005 to 2006 and International Key Account Manager at adidas Group from 2002 to 2004. Within adidas Group, they also served as the Product Licenses Manager, Sales Force Development Manager, and Regional Sales Executive. Regis began their career in 1997 as a Northern Paris Area Sales Executive at Nike and later worked as a Project Manager at Hospitality Group from 1992 to 1997.
Regis Lauprete attended the Paris School of Business from 1986 to 1989, where they studied International Commerce. In 1990, they also attended the Goethe Institut München and obtained a degree in Fremdsprache (German). In the same year, they enrolled at the Paris School of Business again and studied marketing.
