Guy de Moerloose has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Guy started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1998. After that, they joined RTL Group, where they held various positions, including Senior Internal Auditor, Head of Group Reporting and Budgeting, and Senior Controller. In these roles, they analyzed financial data, reviewed budgets and forecasts, and provided guidance to management. In 2015, Guy joined SpotX (now part of Magnite) as a Vice President Finance and later served as the Senior Vice President Finance and Deputy CFO. During their time at SpotX, they oversaw accounting teams, managed financial processes, and led cost-saving efforts. Currently, they are the Vice President International Finance at Magnite. In this position, they direct and supervises the international accounting team, leads restructuring efforts, and provides senior executive leadership with enterprise-level financial updates.

Guy de Moerloose obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and International Finance from Ichec Brussels Management School, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, they participated in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program in Japan and attended Takefu Higashi High School in Fukui, Japan for the year 1992-1993.
