Anthony Holly, PhD, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Magnit Strategic Advisory, a position held since October 2013, with a progression through various roles including Director, Sr. Manager, and Manager within the same advisory division. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Institutional Research at Rudolf Steiner College Fair Oaks from July 2010 to October 2013 and as a Compensation Analyst at Penske Truck Leasing from August 2008 to August 2009. Additionally, Anthony Holly held several internships at Siemens Medical Solutions, focusing on HR compensation, benefits, and university relations. Academically, Anthony Holly earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay (2009-2014), a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (2006-2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Juniata College (2002-2006).
