Alexandra Melicov is currently a Client Services Consultant at Magnit, a leader in contingent workforce management, since April 2024. Previously, Alexandra served as a Recruitment Manager and Corporate Recruiter at Aexus from August 2021 to April 2024, focusing on facilitating the success of innovative technology companies in the European market. Prior experience includes working as an International Recruiter at BWB Flex BV from January 2019 to July 2021, where recruitment for technical positions was managed. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in General Linguistics from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Modern Languages from the University of Bucharest, along with a summer program in Linguistics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
