​Eric has over 40 years of a proven track record as a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in creating value for businesses and their customers for start-up firms and established organizations.

As EVP of iPipeline, Eric migrated a UK based policy administration software business to the US overseeing the design of best in class software and the professional services capability and governance. His other roles include the design and implementation of an optimized operating model for Product Management to expand businesses in strategic sectors and business units.

Eric led the design of an award-winning life and annuity policy administration solution achieving industry leading productivity levels and improved customer experience. This resulted in the formation of SE2, a highly successful BPO services company in the life and annuity industry. Eric was appointed President of SE2 by the board in 2008 where SE2 experienced growth from $25M to approximately $160M in annual revenue over 8 years, increased profit margins while growing the employee base from 150 to approximately 1,000 employees where he oversaw operations, technology services, finance, sales, marketing, human resources and customer management.

Previously, Eric held senior positions at Keane Consulting Group and Ernst and Young, spearheading large business and technology transformations leading to tangible and measurable improvements in their respective operating performance.
