Kesendra Naidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the National Implementation Manager at Magnet since June 2023, Kesendra leads a team within the Project Management Office (PMO) for EPCM projects, focusing on delivering turnkey engineering solutions across various sectors, including lighting and solar energy. Prior to this role, Kesendra was a Project Manager at ACTOM (Pty) Ltd from January 2014 to May 2023, specializing in project planning and adjudication processes. Experience also includes positions as an Electrical Protection Technician/Technologist at Richards Bay Minerals and as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium. Kesendra holds an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Africa.
